If ordering a custom cake or baked good...
Please double check the pickup date and time as well as the details of your order, we make the orders based on these specifications. We are unable to modify your order once it is submitted. Messages to make modifications cannot be accepted as this can lead to miscommunication and/or missed details. Once the order is placed & accepted it is final, no refunds.
If purchasing
a vendor space...
Once a vendor space is purchased, it is final. No refunds.
If booking a cake class...
Once you have booked a spot for a public cake class it is final. no refunds or date exchanges.
When booking for a private party class, please double check all details before completing your order. Messages to make modifications cannot be accepted as this can lead to miscommunication and/or missed details.
